The symptoms are distressing – and on top of that, there are so many "side issues"!

Zukunftsängste, finanzielle Sorgen, Sorge um Familie und Job und Einsamkeit sind dabei nur einige der Themen, die neben der Vielzahl an möglichen körperlichen Symptomen den Alltag bestimmen. Dazu kommen oft Unverständnis und Hilflosigkeit aus dem Umfeld. Das sogenannte „(Medical) Gaslighting“ (Verharmlosung oder Absprechen der Symptome oder der Erkrankung, oft sogar von ärztlicher Seite) bedeutet eine starke zusätzliche Belastung. Insbesondere da Betroffene oft selbst Schwierigkeiten haben, die Erkrankung als solche zu akzeptieren.

Gerade in so einer Situation ist es wichtig, sich auf die eigenen Ressourcen zu besinnen bzw. Zugang dazu zu finden. Je weniger ausgeliefert man sich fühlt, je besser man sich selbst kennt, desto mehr Kraft bleibt für den Genesungsweg und für gute Coping-Strategien im Umgang mit der Erkrankung.

Anxiety about the future, financial worries, stress at home and at work, and loneliness often dominate daily life—in addition to the physical symptoms. A lack of understanding from those around you and “medical gaslighting” can add further strain, especially when accepting the illness is difficult. It is precisely then that it is crucial to access your own inner resources. Las enfermedades crónicas y el agotamiento exigen una gestión específica de la energía y los recursos. En coaching, examinamos precisamente esto: tus patrones, reacciones automáticas y conflictos internos que a menudo te quitan energía. Juntos, desarrollamos estrategias para usar tus fortalezas eficazmente, reducir los comportamientos automáticos que te obstaculizan y fortalecer el autoliderazgo en tu vida diaria y estilo de vida. Where encounters enable development

In special life situations or when working with others, we repeatedly encounter challenges: unclear or extremely high demands, exceptional burdens, conflicts or phases of reorientation.

My workshops and seminars offer a space to approach these topics with mindfulness and awareness – whether as a team, a group, or as an individual. We use methods from coaching, body awareness, and emotional intelligence to gain new perspectives, deepen communication, and strengthen self-leadership.

This approach always works when working with people, regardless of the context: in cases of exceptional stress within the team, when dealing with personal crises, or in workshops for relatives of chronically ill people.
