ABOUT ME
Change is the greatest constant in my life.
Sometimes quietly, sometimes powerfully and irreversibly. What drives me today is the conviction that within every period of upheaval—whether self-chosen or externally triggered—lies immense potential for inner growth. A personal crisis several years ago compelled me to pause. It demonstrated to me the vital importance of inner stability when external structures crumble—and marked the beginning of a profound journey of personal development. I work from a systemic and resource-oriented perspective, with a particular focus on inner parts, behavioral patterns, and the interplay between body, emotion, and consciousness. In doing so, I integrate elements from IFS, Hakomi, Constellation Work, and Authentic Leadership with 20 years of experience as a leader, brand manager, and project manager in international companies. As a mother of two children in a German-Mexican family, I bring cultural richness, empathy, and intercultural sensitivity to my work.
Qualifications
My qualifications as a coach stem from numerous seminars, observations and courses, as well as many years of professional experience, including in my roles as a manager and project manager.
Current: “Curriculum Trauma-Focused Specialist Counseling, Part 1” at the trauma support center in Munich.
