ABOUT ME
I have learned to love crisis
Change is probably the greatest constant in my life. Sometimes quiet, sometimes powerful and irreversible. What drives me today is the conviction that every upheaval – whether self-chosen or externally triggered – holds great potential for inner development.
A health crisis a few years ago completely turned my life upside down. It showed me how important inner stability is when external structures collapse. This time was extremely challenging and, at the same time, the beginning of a profound personal development. Today, I see it as a turning point that has brought me much good.
I work systemically and resource-oriented, with a particular focus on inner aspects, patterns, and the interplay of body, emotion, and consciousness. In doing so, I combine elements from IFS (Internal Family Systems), Hakomi, family constellations, and Authentic Leadership.
My background as a brand manager, executive and project manager has given me a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, team processes and the challenges of modern working environments, and has instilled in me a great passion for the relevance of corporate culture and leadership.
As a mother of two children in a German-Mexican family, I also bring cultural diversity, empathy and a high degree of intercultural sensitivity to my work.
Main focus of my work
- Systemic coaching methods
- Working with inner parts (IFS)
